I cannot narrow it down to just one moment. Getting good shots of the male Quetzal after a two-day search and a very early morning drive was rewarding.

The approach
The best frames come from patience — reading the light, learning a bird's rhythm, and waiting for the moment the wild reveals itself. Every image is a small act of attention.
That's also how the tours are run. Small groups, hides and gardens rather than long treks, and enough time in one place to actually get the shot.
